Process

How we find a part

01

We receive your request

Provide VIN, body number, engine number, part description, photos — any combination as long as it's enough to identify the part.

02

We check our Hunchun warehouse

If we have it — you get a price and shipping date right away. Usually 3–7 days to Vladivostok.

03

We query suppliers and dismantlers in China

If not in stock — our staff polls factories, dealers, and dismantlers across China.

04

We confirm photos, prices, and delivery dates

We send options: original or aftermarket, new or used, different prices. You choose — we lock it in.

05

We ship via Hunchun — door-to-door

Logistics, customs, paperwork. Delivery to your city anywhere in Russia.

Regular shipments

A fixed schedule for repeat clients — stable timelines and end-to-end order traceability.

Where we're heading

Today — a mixed market. Tomorrow — Chinese.

A large share of Russian demand still goes to the Japanese vehicle pool — and we're skilled at sourcing complex parts for them by body number, engine number, and photo.

At the same time Chinese cars are arriving on the secondary market en masse, and by 2028 the core of repair and servicing will shift toward them. For Chinese cars, VIN-based search and our integrated Chinese network of dismantlers and factories is our structural edge. We are building this channel right now, handling both flows in parallel.

Frequent questions

What B2B clients ask most often

Timelines through Hunchun, payment, customs, warranty, and sourcing of complex parts. If you don't find your answer — message us on Telegram or submit a request.

What are the lead times for parts from China via Hunchun?
If the item is already in our Hunchun warehouse, baseline shipping to Russia takes 3–7 days. If sourcing from a supplier or dismantler in China is needed, lead time is quoted individually after the request — usually 5–14 extra days for sourcing and pre-shipment inspection.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We handle both single requests from service stations and private clients, and large B2B flows for repair shops, stores, and distributors. There is no formal minimum — pricing and logistics adapt to the scale.
How does payment work?
Bank transfers are accepted to IP Nalyvaiko Oleg Vladimirovich (Tax ID 253204515402). For one-off requests we work on prepayment; for recurring B2B flows partial prepayment and credit terms are possible — conditions are agreed individually based on volume and account history.
What about customs, certification, and accounting documents?
We handle the full chain: export from China, import customs in Russia, the document package for legal resale, and conformity certificates for new parts. The client receives closing documents for Russian accounting and reporting.
Is there a warranty on parts?
Every item goes through pre-shipment inspection at our Hunchun warehouse. New and OEM parts come with the manufacturer's warranty, registered through our documents. For used parts from dismantlers, warranty is agreed separately — we don't hide the source and openly state the scope of liability before shipping.
What if a part is hard to find — no exact part number?
This is our core specialty. We search by VIN, body number, engine number, or photo — any combination works, as long as the data is enough for precise identification. For the Japanese secondary market we have dedicated expertise and direct contacts with dismantlers.
Which Chinese brands do you cover?
Main brands — Geely, Haval, Chery, GAC, BYD, Changan, Great Wall, Exeed, Jetour, JAC, Dongfeng. We supply both through the official Chinese dealer network and directly from factories and major dismantlers — choice depends on the item and what's better in terms of price and lead time.
What's the minimum for recurring B2B shipments?
There is no hard minimum. Recurring container shipments via Hunchun become economically attractive from a few cubic meters per month — thanks to logistics scale and consolidation with other orders. Single and small-wholesale requests are also accepted and ship in groupage, just at a slightly higher per-item price.
Do you work with distributors and parts stores?
Yes, this is our main B2B channel. Distributors, online stores, and regional chains get dedicated terms for volume and recurrence, a resale document package, and certificates for new parts. Initial conditions are discussed for the specific SKU range and client geography.
Is dropshipping possible — direct shipment to the end client?
Yes. We ship to the end client's address in Russia under the partner's name: neutral packaging, no marketing inserts from us, your closing documents. Logistics is the same: Hunchun → recipient's region.
