Geely Coolray (缤越, Binyue) is a compact urban B-segment crossover SUV on the BMA platform of the Geely-Volvo alliance. Length 4330 mm, width 1800 mm, wheelbase 2600 mm, clearance 175 mm. The lineup has two families: 缤越 — base naturally aspirated 1.5L 126 hp with 5MT or CVT (fits the ≤160 hp utilization-fee rule, imported via Hunchun); 缤越L — extended body with 1.5TD 181 hp and 7DCT (does not fit the rule, not imported).
The base Coolray 1.5L includes 8-inch infotainment, eco-leather, 4 airbags, ESP, parking sensors and a camera. The 超能MAX trim adds a 12.3" screen, ambient lighting, sport body kit and rear armrest.
For Russian wholesale import, Coolray is interesting as the most affordable SUV entry among recognized brands: the price is comparable to a C-segment sedan, while the buyer gets a Volvo-related platform, the Russia-known Geely brand, and a wide parts network.
